UNITED NATIONS RADIO
Sir,-Listening to the United Nations Radio production Statement of Accounts, I wondered if other listeners felt-as I did-that the general pattern of UN Radio production has become too heavily marked with American overtones to be truly representative of a world-wide multi-racial organisation. Why must all UN Radio programmes be unmistakably "made in U.S.A."? If UN Radio has, in fact, an "international staff" representing the 82 member countries of the United Nations Organisation, where are the authentic voices of the
other 81?
