Drop teaspoonfuls on a cold tray and bake in a moderate oven. Join together with mock cream, or better still, firmly whipped fresh cream. Mock Cream for this Quantity: 3 tablespoons each of butter, sugar and boiling water. Beat together till the consistency of whipped cream.: Flavour to’ taste. — x
