BUTTERNUT ROLLS
VYJuarter Ib. sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 3 oz. flour, 14 Ib. butter, 1 egg, 3 oz, mashed potatoes, Cream butter and sugar, add egg, work in flour, baking powder and potato. Roll mixture into balls and roll them in beaten eggs white. Dip in chopped nuts, "bake in moderate oven.
