Oil deals death to destroyers The locust, in Biblical times the eighth plague of Egypt, still ravages many areas of the world; devastating a full year'$ harvest 1n a matter of a few hours: The malaria-carrying mosquito 1S another subtle destroyer that brings misery to countless humans: Yet another species of mosquito spreads the dreadful disease known as elephantiasis: But today science has found an effective answer tO such age-old enemies of man: Dieldrin, a Shell insecticide, has dealt death to these destroyers.
