»ir,- We have first-class minds in thig country, but seldom hear what they have to say. We believe that an annual series of broadcasts, on the lines of the BBC Reith Lectures, would bring forth valuable statements by New Zealand’s best thinkers. We suggest that such a series be inaugurated; and be called, perhaps, the "Shelley Lectures."
