The Second Test
(CONTINUOUS commentaries from 1YA and 2YA will cover the second New Zealand v. England Test at Auckland from March 25 to 30, the hours of play being from 11.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Both 3YA and 4YA _ will rebroadcast commentaries at 12.33-1.0 p.m., 3.153.40, and 5.0-5.30, plus adjournment summaries and frequent progress reports, and additional commentaries when the situation wafrants it. The YZ stations will rebroadcast occasional commentaries while the Commercial stations will give adjournment summaries.
Stations 1YC and 2YC will carry the normal programmes of 1YA and 2YA respectively. For the M.C.C. v. Wellington match at Wellington on March 19, 21 and 22, 2YA will rebroadcast continuous commentaries with the other YA stations, along with the YZ stations, giving frequent progress reports and occasional commentaries. The Commercial stations will give adjournment summaries. Station 2YC will take over 2YA’s normal programme. The times of play for this game are 11.0-1.0 p.m., 1.40-3.40 and 4.0-5.30. The stumps summary of the whole days’ play for both matches will be given over a Main National Link at 7.0 p.m. daily during the play:
