° AN interesting feature of ‘Viscount’ 2 . . . . is that it. is made’ to suit the requirements of each customer, and this often means extensive modifications of cabin design and arrangement. It also means that the customer gets the machine he really wants instead of taking what the manufacturer finds easiest to make. In spite of this unique individual service, the Hurn Factory will be producing nearly one hundred ‘Viscounts’ a year, one every three and three-quarter days, by 1955; an output which compares very favourably with anything being done elsewhere."S.
