For Dairyfarmers
HE Massey Agricultural College Dairyfarmers’ Meeting to be held next week will be covered by. daily broadcasts from North Island YA and YZ stations. These will be heard at 7.0 p.m, on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, June 9-11, and will take the form of a report on the day’s meetings with recorded excerpts from addresses. On Thursday, June 10, at 12.33 p.m., there will be a short report on the conference from all YA and YZ stations in News for the Farmer. Some of the topics to be discussed at the meeting are aspects: of grassland farming, drainage, farm budgets, milk coolers, rearing of dairy stock, bloat investigations, the national hybrid pig, fertility in dairy cattle, and new developments in silage-making ened artificial breeding. /
