Dear Aunt Daisy, oe Could you please tell me, through the pages of The Listener how to dye white handkerchiefs khaki? My men have quite a number of white handkerchiefs, but they prefer khaki or coloured ones with their working clothes.

i Detieve this 1s done with a solution of Condy’s crystals. During the war the soldiers used khaki handkerchiefs, and I’m sure some of their mothers will be able to answer your question more fully.
