* THE New Zealand pianists Jocelyn Walker (left) and Julie Clarke ‘* (right) will be the National Orchestta’s guest artists in the week beginning Monday, April 12. On that date Miss Walker will perform Rachmaninoff’s Concerto No. 2 with the orchestra at New Plymouth, and on Wednesday, April 14, Miss Clarke will be heard with the orchestra at Palmerston Notth in Mozart’s Concerto in A, K.488. Both artists have appeared previously with the National Orchestra, Miss Clarke, who is aged 16, making her debut during the Wellington Prom series this year. The New Plymouth concert will be broadcast by Station 2XP, the relay beginning at 8.0 p.m. Station 2ZA will broadcast the second half of the Palmerston North concert, beginning at 9.0 p.m.
