His climb to nationwide recognition as a leading popalar composer started with "Holiday for Strings." He has written and arranged music for film studios, including his score for the Bob Hope picture "The Princess and the Pirate." which wen him an academy award, 4ZB will present recordings by David Rose and his Orchestra at 6.30 tonight.
