EVE BOSWELL, one of the most popular young singers in Britain, broadcasting in a BBC programme. Eve, who is Hungarian born, studied singing and dancing in Budapest. At 14 she joined her father and mother in a musical, dancing and acrobatic act called "The Three Hugos," and with them toured Italy, France, Holland, Belgium and Switzerland before going to Britain. Her dancing, piano, saxophone and clarinet playing, and her harmony singing with her mother were particularly successful. Geraldo, the famous British band leader, heard her records, saw her pictures and offered her a job. Eve has appeared on the London stage, has entertained troops and starred in her own BBC programme. She appeared in the Commonwealth television programme, and also in the Commonwealth Coronation broadcast, and was chosen to sing in last year's Royal Command Variety Performance.
