FE English vocalist Lee Lawrence had the benefit of his parents’ teachingboth were singers in the famous Carl Rosa Opera Company. Lee joined the forces in the war, and, after his demobilisation about 1946, he appeared as vocalist on BBC programmes a stage productions. This afternoon at 4 o’clock, 4ZB presents recordings by Lee Lawrence. & t* ¥* Deanna Durbin, the singing film actress who was popular some years ago, will be the featvred art's '» 2Z7A4’s "Evening Star" at half past six.
