NEW SCHOOL Bus REGULATIONS DEAD SLOW FOR THE SCHOOL BUS When meeting or overtaking a School Bus stopped to embark or discharge school children, the regulations now require that: "The driver of any motor vehicle shall drive with due care for the safety of the children and in no case shall, while passing any part of the school bus, drive at 0 speed in excess of 10 miles an hour. 1 Transport Department
