This machine , whilst being very efficient and capable of dealing with the heaviest of mixtures; also has the great advantage of being extremely light and easy to use by hand: The salient feature, apart from the price , is that the mixer is always ready at hand for immediate use , it being only necessary to fix the paddles and switch on_ After use, the paddles are ejected for cleaning and the mixer replaced on its bracket.
