Different Banana Pudding
Dear Aunt Daisy, "Farmer’s Wife" asked for this recipe in The Listener. I expect this is what she wanted: ; One level cup flour, 4% cup wholemeal, 1 cup breadcrumbs, 1 cup raisins (or dates), juice of 1 lemon, 2 mashed bananas, 5 oz, butter, 42 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 cup milk. Cream butter and sugar, add beaten egg. Take in flour, ete., fruit and milk, mixing smooth. Add lemon juice to mashed bananas and mix into other ingredients. "Gorse Farm," Avondale.
