RACE RESULTS Results from the Marlborough Racing ~Club’s meeting will be broadcast from 1ZB, -2ZB, 3ZB and 4ZB every half-hour throughout the afternoon, starting at 12.0, with summaries at 2.0, 3.30, and 5.0. Final reae from 1ZB, 2ZB, 3ZB, 4ZB and 2ZA at 6.45. :
The specialist always claims a measure of fame, and, even with dance band maestros, the law holds good. Goodman is associated with swing; Gillespie with bop; but with Wayne King it’s the waltz that assures him a following. Reginald Dixon may be heard in recordings from 2ZB at 4.0, * Ea Pa 4 Under the capable leadership of Arthur Fiedler, the Boston Promenade Orchestra has for many years now been recognised as America’s number one symphonic orchestra specialising in light music, Recordings by this group will be broadcast by 2ZA at half past nine this morning.
