NANCY CARR (soprano), who is heard with an orchestra conducted by Henry Weber in "Concert Miniatures," a programme from the Voice of America which will start from 3YZ at 8.45 p.m. on Good Friday (April 3) and from 2YZ at 2.30 p.m. on Sunday, April 5, and later will be heard from other YZ and X stations. "Concert Miniatures" is a series of 26 quarterhour programmes of classical and semiclassical selections, including excerpts from symphonies, opera and operetta and folk songs. Composers represented in the series, ranging from the 16th Century to today, include Bach, Mozart, Bizet, Debussy, Friml, Herbert, Delibes, Vaughan Williams and Guion, and the accent generally is on their less familiar works
