Not only is he the possessor of a ‘magnificent voice, but he is also classed by the Fashion Guild of America as the country’s best dressed opera singer; he is a dancer of talent, is as much at home in the saddle as he is on foot, loves driving high-powered cars, and relaxes best when viewing a western thriller. Born in 1905 in Verona, Italy, Nino Martini began his training as a chorister at the age of ten. At 18 he worked with’ Giovoni Zemabello, making his opera debut in "Rigoletto," at the age of 21. Nino Martini will be featured from 3ZB tonight at 9.15,
