"Pacific Paradise,’ featuring the lilting music of the islands, has its final presentation from 4ZB tonight at 10 o’clock, * * You'll need te be wide awake this morning. It’s the First of April, and to mark the occasion, 1ZB has ‘First of April Melodies," which will be pre- . sented at 11 o’cloek. * * * In the last year or two many new light orchestras have been featured in England. America, too, has not been far behind with its new orchestras, and one conductor, Le Roy Anderson, who will be featured from 3ZB tonight at 6 o’clock, has become famous for his hit-parade favourite, "The Syncopated Clock." The charming little melody "The Waltzing Cat" is another of Le Roy Anderson’s compositions. Be listening at 6 o’clock for a quarter-hour with this American p tor, |
