Her first appearance in England was in the Royal Albert Hall in October, 1924. Later on she made many concert tours throughout the world including two visits to Australia and N.Z. Although it is several years since she last recorded, those recotdings that she made are outstanding examples of coloratura soprano singing. Some of them will be featured from 4ZB at 4.15 this afternoon. : * % ue Popular Australian singer Johnny Wade started at a very early age to make his career in Show Business.
