Division programmes are published by ; arrangement "Melody Menu," 1ZB’s luncheon programme for today, features favourite English entertainers-Edmundo Ros, Vera Lynn and pianists Ivor Moreton and Dave Kaye. * * * Franz Lehar, composer of "The Merry Widow," ‘"Frederika," "The Count of Luxembourg" and numerous other tuneful operettas, is featured from 2ZB at 9.45 this morning in a programme of some of his most popular melodies, * It fs 22 years since Richard Crooks made his operatic debut at Hamburg in the year 1927. Three years later he made his first American appearance, which was with the Philadelphia Opera Company, to be followed in 1933 by his first appearance with the Metropolitan Opera Company in Massenet’s "Manon." 4ZB will present a programme by Richard Crooks at 6.45 tonight.
