Coping with a Cooked Ham

Dear Aunt Daisy As Christmas and the ham season is approaching, I take the opportunity of telling how I coped with a cooked ham. When I put the ham to soak before boiling, I used the opportunity to wash the bag in which I obtained it and dried it, When the ham was soaked and scrubbed, I put it back in the bag and tied the mouth, Then I cooked the ham by your method in the bag and there it was all whole and easy to handle. Previously I had had a terrific tussle to remove the ham in one piece from thé copper.
