Skin on Boiling Milk
Dear Aunt Daisy, How does one stop a skin forming on coffee made with boiling milk?

} The only way I know is to keep the hot milk and coffee tightly covered. You notice that the skin forms much more rapidly in the cup after the milk is poured out. Just pour a little at a time and drink it up at once.
