Tree Strawberries
Dear Aunt Daisy, I have two very fruitful plants of tree. strawberries and wonder whether you have any recipes for making the fruit into either jam or jelly?

Yes, some people do make jelly from these big tree strawberries, but+I have never heard that it is a particular favourite. To make it, boil equal quantities of tree strawberries, and green apples in the usual way. Strain carefully, getting out all the seeds, skins and apple cores..Then add cup for cup of sugar and boil till it will set when tested. The apples help to make it set.
