A BOY'S THANKS

Sir,-I wish to express my appreciation to those stations which have recently been presenting full-length programmes of some of. the famous Gilbert and Sullivan operas. Especially do I refer to the presentation of The Gondoliers from Station 3YA a few nights ago. The catchy numbers of this and other Gilbert and Sullivan operas provide a treat for the person who likes good music, and I wish that’ more of them could be presented over the radio.
