Spencer Digby photograph D. O. W. HALL, M.A. (Cantab.), who has been appointed director of adult education in Otago. Before the war Mr. Hall taught at Wanganui Collegiate School and later helped in the production of New Zealand Centennial publications. After overseas service with the R.N.Z.N.V.R. he did adult educational work on the West Coast, and worked with the war history branch of the Department of Internal Affairs.
