BBC New Year Programmes [LISTENERS to. both the BBC Pacific and General Overseas Services will notice quite a change in the programmes as from December 28. The re-arrange-ment will enable the BBC to effect a more economical grouping of transmitters and at the same time maintain its service to listeners.
