The Wellington Zoo is a grand place to spend a day, but many of the interesting facts about the animals are known only to the people in charge. Mr. Cutler, curator of the Wellington Zoo, relates many of these little known facts in News from the Zoo, broadcast by 2ZB at 5.15 p.m. every Saturday.
Local Limelight, from 3ZB at 3 o'clock this afternoon, features the popular artists Marjorie and Jim Wilson in a programme of songs. a os * A new half-hour programme with a very strong local flavour starts to-night from 1ZB and 2ZB, at 8 o’clock: be sure to listen to "Challenge of the Cities" and. hear some civic rivalries aired.
