HROUGH the New Zealand Broad-« casting Unit in Yamaguchi, Japan, Kiwis in the B.C.O.F. are given a full radio coverage of sport as well-as other entertainment. When the 2nd N.Z.E.F. Brigade boxing championships were held last month, ringside commentaries were provided for listeners, and the final of the inter-formation Rugby championship, at Yamaguchi, when the 34th Australian Brigade beat 2nd N.Z.E.F. by 16 to 11, was also broadcast. This commentary was recorded for the use of Station WLKS, the B.C.O.F. station in Kure. According to a report from Ulric Williams, officer-in-charge of the unit, members of the New Zealand Concert Party have been heard from the station, and several talks have been given, including one by Crosbie Morrison, the Australian naturalist.
