PARCELS FOR ITALY
»ir,-A few weeks ago you printed an appeal from an Italian who had helped our soldiers. I know of a number of people who would love to help destitute Italians and others but the price of posting parcels is absolutely prohibitive. The other day I posted an 11lb. food parcel to a very poor family and the postage was greater than the cost of the parcel itself. Can nothing be done to lessen thie cost?
