Sir,-ine remarks of "Progress," Hastings, are very appropriate. The tune is ghastly. Every time we hear it we think of that decrepit squad of troopers led by the strutting sergeant (or whatever rank it was he held). Please, oh please, when will they change this uninspiring march?
