Full lectures by Tutor Sister and Medical officers. There is rapid promotion for qualifled urses. Shortage of statr denies the patients the pleasure and benetlts of Occupational Therapy . and girls interested in handcrafts Will find interesting work in this type of treatment: Normnal shift; 4 days on and 2 ofl , but owing to staff shortage we work overtime paid at time and a-half rates_ This will be aholished as soon as sufficient assistance is available_ One month's leave on full pay after every flve months worked. Govern ment sick leave beneflts. Salary commences at 2230 p.a. with annual increments of 815 paa. to 8275 p.a- for Senior Nurse: Higher positions carry higher salaries. A charge of 250 p.a. is made for accommodation, uniforms and laundry.
