"The Creation," from 2YC
AYDN’S "The Creation," sung by the combined church choirs of Wellington, will be heard from 2YG on Saturday, September 22, at 8 pm. The performance, which will be under the auspices of the Wellington Organists and Choirmasters’ Association, will be given in the Wesley Church, Taranaki Street. The soloists will be Merle Gamble, of Wellington (soprano), L. E, Dalley, of Invercargill (tenor) and Kenneth Strong, of Wellington (bass). H. Temple-White will conduct and Clement Howe will be organist.
