LIFE IN BRITAIN
NELLE SCANLAN, the New Zealand novelist, who has made many broadcasts for the NBS, left for England a few months ago to do various types of news-gathering and research work. She has also been commissioned by the NBS to write on life in Britain as she sees it after six years of war. Her letters will be broadcast from the main stations. The first of the letters will be heard from 2YA at 10.25 am. on Monday, June 4.
