HE LADY is the somewhat misleading title of a drama scheduled to begin soon from 3ZB on Friday evenings at 7.45. This is the story of Tess O’Brien, who rose from the slums and found a place for herself in the world, and of her benefactor, who was young and attractive. The all-star cast of The Lady is headed by Nell Sterling in the tole of Tess O’Brien. % * * FFEATURED twice a week in 4ZB’s Children’s session is a programme entitled Halliday and Son. Each presentation is complete in itself, the procedure being for Halliday senior to. begin to tell his son a story which then fades into a dramatised version of the incident concerned.
