Here in New Zealand we produce the most wonderful food in the world MILK 1 and then we don't drink enough of it: We must take more milk to build healthy bodies, strong teeth and bones, sturdy muscles. You need milk from before You are born till old age: Children need 3 to 4 glasses a day ; adults need 2. The bad teeth of New Zealand are partly due to our neglect of Milk: It may also lead to rickets and bone malformations in children_ You can't balance your diet without enough Milk: Of course, it need not be drunk straight' . With some children it is easier to give them Milk in soups, custards, puddings and flavoured drinks.
