Liberty Loan Broadcasts
HE following broadcasts have been fixed for Army Week, the third week of the Third Liberty Loan Campaign. They will be heard from all main National and Commercial stations at 7.0 p.m. on each occasion: Monday, June 21: "King’s Scarlet to Battledress’-The Evolution of the British Army. Tuesday, June 22: "Marching to Victory’ -War Songs of the Dominion Armies. Wednesday, June 23: "Salute to the First Maori V.C."-A programme commemorating the bravery of 2nd.-Lieut. Ngarimu. Thursday, June 24: Talk by the Army Chief of Staff, Lieut.General E, Puttick. Friday, June 25; "Information, Please!"--Answers to questions on War Finance by a panel of experts (B. C, Ashwin, Secretary to the Treasury, E, C. Fussell, deputy-Governor of the Reserve Bank, T. N. Smallwood, Chairman ot National Savings, and a guest member.) "Liberty Flashes" of outstanding military exploits will be given throughout the week from all stations.
