HE coming week’s compéres for "Command Performance U.S.A." are as follows: 1ZB, Leopold Stokowski; 2ZB, Rita Hayworth; 3ZB, Jack Benny; and 4ZB, Cary Grant. * % * SOME new features are scheduled for 2ZA, the Manawatu station. These include an extra broadcast every week of Uncle Jimmy, which is now playing four nights weekly. A new feature dealing with Nazi Germany as seen through the eyes of an American official,, You Can’t Do Business with Hitler, began on January 11, and will play two nights a week, Monday and Wednesday. Do You Believe in Ghosts? has now been moved to Tuesday nights to allow for this. Highways of Melody began on January 14, and to make way for this the Motoring session has been moved to 9.30 p.m. on Wednesdays. Another big thriller, First Light Fraser began on January 17, and is scheduled to play on four nights a week.
