I believe the main objective is to teach a child to think for himself, and to learn to appreciate suggestions and guidance from his parents in whom he will have much confidence if the parent will always aim to tell the truth, I do not think there will be any trouble when the child gets out "into a world sprinkled with ‘don’t’ notices,’ as he will have learned to think and to reason for him-
