The efficiency, courage, and good behaviour of the individual sets the standard for the population as a whole: At a critical time like the present a testing time for both individuals and communities 1 it behoves everyone to work efficiently, to be cheerful, and to be moderate in all things: That is thc only way to be worthy of the sacrifices of our fighting men overseas.
