Germany's Black Record A series of six talks by Sir Robert Vansittart, Chief Diplomatic Adviser to the Foreign Office, with the general title of " Black Record -Germany Past and Present,’ is now being broadcast by the four main National stations. The fourth will be heard this Friday, December 6; the fifth on December 7, and the sixth on December 9, at 7.30 p.m. in each case
