MAN who began life as an A errand boy now controls the destiny of Britain’s war supplies. Thus, from the most humble beginning the Right Hon. Herbert Stanley Morrison. P.C., has become one of the key men of Mr. Churchill’s War Cabinet. It has been his task to speed up supplies of guns, ammunition, tanks, and planes, and bring to their fullest capacity the output of factories in which these armaments are produced.
