Television Rules The (American) Federal Communications Commission recently completed hearing evidence from those interested in the proposed television rules and regulations. The result is not yet known. There were 20 stations licensed, three of which were under construction, in the United States at the time. American Evening Reception During the winter months the American stations are heard at good volume in the late afternoon and early evening. At present the stations are being heard about 5 p.m., but as winter goes on the earlier the stations are heard.
