TOMATO COCKTAIL

Ingredients: 4 tablespoons fresh tomato juice, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 4% tablespoon Worcester sauce, 1-144 tablespoons sugar, salt to taste. Method: Press some tomatoes through a fine sieve to obtain the juice, which must be quite clear of pips. Add the Worcester sauce, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Mix together thoroughly, and chill. Serve in cocktail glasses.
