ee One frequency change for Transmission 2 of the Empire Service was notified to take effect from January 9--GSD, 11.75 mc/s, replaced GSG for New Zealand and the Far East. Since January 6, GSW, 7.23 mc/s, has been operating in transmission 1 for Europe, but as no confirmation of this additional frequency has been received it would appear that this frequency is being used for experimental purposes only. The News Bulletins in English remain unchanged,
