Lemon Drink
Three good lemons, half an ounce of citric acid, one packet of Epsom salts, one ounce of tartaric acid, two and ahalf pounds of sugar. Method: Place the juice and grated rind in a bowl with the dry ingredients. Cover with four cups of boiling water. Stir well.
