SPANISH ROLL
Ingredients: 1lb, minced meat, 2 cups breadcrumbs, handful chopped parsley, 1 onion chopped finely, 1 teaspoon mixed herbs, pepper and salt to taste, Method: Mix all together. Add 1 egg and 1 tablespoon butter. Mix again and form into loaf. Roast with plenty of dripping about 1 to 1% hours.
