MAKE ME YOUR A UCTIONEER The disposal of Household Furniture calls for thought as to how to get the best results. i Consult the leading auctioneer who alone is qualified to give you that advice, who is himself an expert in his own particular line, and one who has the confidence of the buying public, who will identify his interests with your own, conscientiously advising I you so that the highest market values may be obtained. As furniture looks so much better when artistically arranged, I generally recommend that a sale be held at the house. I have a large clientele and am always assured of keen competition and satisfactory prices. 1 personally conduct the sale and my knowledge and advice as to values is accepted by the buying public. I Where only portion of your furniture is to be sold, I recommend that it be sent to my Sale Rooms. These are the largest in the Dominion and the most centrally situated in Auckland. I am thus able to guarantee a quick sale. It sometimes happens that clients prefer to sell right out for a lump sum. In these cases I arrange inspection and valuation without charge. In the event of my quotation being accepted (and it will be always the highest market value), I will pay you a deposit rightaway, and arrange the date of delivery and payment to suit your convenience. mmm MAY X*i N :X mmmm m m mmsmmm m m mm 'A m s , . _ £X A tVO A\ Kh llfi h b tr~ ml m w ¥ W Y Y 8 O B s j ; 4 u I j L4<\ f i Ai n h \a , t i m- ja.iL vs*' jrl Y ,Ch Sale Rooms: 38, QUEEN ST., AUCKLAND Auctioneer and Expert Valuer ■ /| /t J TST? r?
