There must be many delectable dishes that are not easily obtainable elsewhere in the world: either made from ingredients that are only found in New Zealand or prepared here in some different way from the way adopted in other parts of the world. Some dishes, too, we have adopted and made particularly our own. Write out your recipe on a sheet of paper ( please write legibly and on one side of the paper only), and your name and address ahd the title of the recipe on the attached form, and post it to us.
